At Sotto Voce we are inspired by the love stories we find between the pages of books, on the screen, and in the everyday around us.
...we're just scent-imental, if you will.
Why scents?
There are some lovely parallels between scents and love stories.
- They're Personal - We just love the ones we love. What makes your heart race might leave someone else cold. The same scent that transports you to pure bliss might smell like nothing special to your best friend. Romance and scent live in that intimate space of individual experience.
- Emotional Time Machines - A scent can instantly transport you back to a specific moment, person, or feeling—just like revisiting your favourite worlds and characters. Both create core memories.
- The Chemistry - We love when chemistry feels like magic, sometimes attraction is instant and inexplicable. You can't articulate why this particular scent or character just works for you—it simply does.
